SHIPPING:
Some items are made in advance, others are made to order. This status, and the production time is specified in each product description.
We do not deliver to all countries. If your country is not available at checkout, it means we currently do not ship there. If this is disappointing, feel free to contact us — we’ll be happy to explore possible solutions.
If your order is shipped outside the European Union, it may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Customs policies vary widely, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Please note that delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, customs processing, or incorrect delivery details. We cannot be held responsible for such delays, and no refund will be issued for them.
RETURNS:
We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take photos before opening it. If the item inside is also damaged, send us the photos so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement for you.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
We take great care to ensure that product images and descriptions are accurate. However, due to differences in screen calibration and the handmade nature of some items, slight variations in color, shape, or texture may occur. These do not constitute defects.
